A Better Approach

• You will work with me, John Stavast (Doctor of Physical Therapy), for the duration of the treatment (55 minutes).
• You won't waste time on electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat pads, or ice. Instead you will be working with me to get out of pain and recover proper function.
• You won't spend your visit on exercise equipment while I'm off with another patient, but instead you will be working one on one with me to resolve your pain.
• You get direct contact with me through email, phone calls, and text messages.
• I am completely out of network, meaning I only work for you. That's correct, I don't accept insurance, medicaid or medicare.
• Upon request I will provide a receipt that you can submit to your own insurance. This can't be submitted to medicare!
